• We ship most in stock items with 1-5 business days, for receipt within 7-10 business days.

We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price.

 Return Policy:

Items can be returned to us for full credit or refund within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unopened in original packing to receive a refund.  Shipping charges will be refunded if we made an error.  To return an item, you must send an email to Topofclasstoys@aol.com indicating the reason for your return with the order number and date of purchase.  We will notify you of an address to send the package and recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.  You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned items unless the item was defective or it was our error.  Please send us email with the date of return after you send the return package.
